For my October open studio I attempted this installation piece again in a different format. I wanted it to have a more organic feel, so I did not dye water blue, I left it clear. And I had the water dripping into a vine plant as the plants reaches up and uses the form of the skull as a structure to lean against as it grows. I used the maroon cloth again as a background to emphasize the organic matter the skull originated from.
