Another shot of this piece, in full view. I wanted the clouds to come off the canvas, literally, emphasizing the vastness of sky and ever-encompassing feel the the open sky. I wanted the hills and vegetation to come off the wall at the viewers feet, emphasizing how we are rooted in the same ecosystem. The layers also work to mirror the viewers own internal and external layers of self.
